1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must cease using the Site immediately.
2. Services and Ballpark Estimates
The information and metrics provided on this Site (including claims such as "18 days average turnaround" or "ROAS > 3") are for informational purposes only. These represent historical averages from previous client campaigns and do not constitute a guarantee of performance, timeline, or outcomes for future engagements. Every client engagement is subject to a separate, legally binding written contract specifying deliverables, timelines, and terms.
3. Products, Licenses & Purchases
We offer our own software products (currently Quicky and Bonky) for purchase as one-time, lifetime licenses. When your payment succeeds, we email you a license key.
- Your license is personal and non-transferable — it grants you a non-exclusive right to install and use the software in line with its documentation. You may not resell, share, publish, or sublicense your license key.
- All intellectual property in the software itself remains ours (see Section 5).
- We may suspend or revoke a license obtained through fraud, a payment chargeback, or key-sharing.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Prices are shown on each product page in Indian Rupees (₹, for India) and US Dollars ($, for international buyers). We may change prices at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.
- Prices are inclusive of GST — the amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Codeja Infotech is registered under GST with GSTIN 27AAWFC6052E1Z8. A GST invoice is available on request at support@codejainfotech.com.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayPal. By completing a purchase you also agree to the payment provider's terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Refunds & cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- Studio Content: All text, custom graphics, design systems, layouts, custom scripts, canvas animations (including the Tubes Hero, Scramble text, and Pixel Canvas), and brand trademarks (Codeja, Codeja Infotech) are the exclusive property of Codeja Infotech and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our source designs without explicit written consent.
- Client Works: Intellectual property rights for custom code, templates, marketing collateral, and software built for our clients are governed and transferred strictly under the terms of our individual written client agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site and all its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeja Infotech will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, server downtime, data loss, or system errors) resulting from your access to or use of the Site.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
