Every client engagement is subject to a separate, legally binding written contract specifying deliverables, timelines, and terms.

3. Intellectual Property

• Studio Content: All text, custom graphics, design systems, layouts, custom scripts, canvas animations (including the Tubes Hero, Scramble text, and Pixel Canvas), and brand trademarks (Codeja, Codeja Infotech) are the exclusive property of Codeja Infotech and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our source designs without explicit written consent.
• Client Works: Intellectual property rights for custom code, templates, marketing collateral, and software built for our clients are governed and transferred strictly under the terms of our individual written client agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site and all its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeja Infotech will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, server downtime, data loss, or system errors) resulting from your access to or use of the Site.
