Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Codeja Infotech sells digital software products (currently Quicky and Bonky) as one-time, lifetime licenses. When your payment succeeds, we deliver a license key by email automatically and immediately. Because the key unlocks the software the moment it is delivered, purchases are — like other downloadable digital goods — generally non-refundable. This policy explains the specific cases where we do refund, and how to ask.

Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Try Before You Buy

Please review the product page — including the system requirements (supported OS and versions) and, where offered, a free trial or demo — before purchasing. Buying a version that is incompatible with a system you could have checked in advance is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.

3. When We Will Refund You

We will issue a full refund in these cases:

  • Non-delivery: you were charged but never received your license key, and we are unable to deliver a working key to you.
  • Duplicate charge: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Defective key: the license key does not activate the software, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorised transaction: a payment was made without your authorisation, subject to verification with you and the payment provider.

4. What Is Not Refundable

  • Change of mind after a working license key has been delivered.
  • Buying the wrong product, or a version incompatible with a system whose requirements were stated on the product page.
  • Finding the software elsewhere at a different price after purchase.
  • A license key that has already been used or activated, except where it is genuinely defective as described in Section 3.

5. Cancellations

Our products are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription — there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew, and you will never be billed again for the same license. If we introduce a subscription product in the future, you will be able to cancel it at any time before the next renewal, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@codejainfotech.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • the product name (Quicky or Bonky),
  • your Razorpay/PayPal order or payment ID (in your payment confirmation), and
  • a short description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment provider that processed the sale (Razorpay or PayPal). Once approved, refunds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a processing fee for eligible refunds.
