How Did We End Up Here?
If someone had told us that four cousins from different generations, different backgrounds, and completely different career paths would one day come together to build a technology company, we probably wouldn't have seen it coming.
Yet, looking back now, every experience, every conversation, and every unexpected turn somehow led us here.
Welcome to the story of Codeja Infotech.
Before we became a team, we were simply four cousins following our own paths, each bringing a unique set of experiences to the table.
Meet the Team
Akshay Dodeja
The oldest among us and undoubtedly the most entrepreneurial. Having joined the family business at just 18, Akshay has built experience across food distribution, stock broking, product distribution, and real estate, eventually co-founding Pro Realty Solutions in 2013. With 27 years of hands-on business experience and an endless stream of ideas, he continues to be the backbone of Codeja, giving us the freedom to experiment, innovate, and build.
Kashyap Dodeja
The coolest member of the team by unanimous agreement. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Film & Video from the University of Arts, London, Kashyap began his career as a video editor before freelancing and founding two companies focused on wedding films and post-production services. With 21 years of experience, including roles at TVF and Amazon, he brings creativity, storytelling, and execution to everything we build at Codeja.
Harshita Kukreja
The most pampered member of the family (being the only girl definitely has its advantages). As of June 2026, Harshita is pursuing her final year degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Having completed over 4 internships across multiple startups, she has gained experience across technical and marketing domains, working on AI agents, software development, SEO and digital growth strategies.
Kanishk Dodeja
The youngest among us, but one of the sharpest technical minds in the room. As of June 2026, Kanishk is pursuing his degree in Computer Science. Despite being early in his career, he jumped straight into the startup environment with a fresher experience in app development and strong willingness to learn, build, and solve problems. His dedication and technical curiosity quickly made him an essential part of the team.
Where It All Started
If there's one thing everyone in the family knows about Akshay, it's that ideas never stop coming.
A conversation about one business opportunity somehow turns into three more before the discussion is over.
Fortunately for us, one of those ideas eventually became the starting point of Codeja.
Like many ambitious projects, it started with a problem that needed solving. Discussions turned into planning sessions, planning sessions turned into prototypes, and before we knew it, we were building.
Then came another idea.
And another.
And another.
Kashyap had always been someone who was excited to build something of his own. Having spent years in the creative industry, he was always ready to explore new ventures and be part of something bigger. So, when these ideas started taking shape, joining the journey felt like the natural next step.
Meanwhile, Harshita and Kanishk became the designated "tech people" and started turning concepts into actual products. We spent countless hours discussing requirements, exploring possibilities, and trying to figure out how to bring these ideas to life.
The only problem?
None of them were small projects.
Every idea somehow ended up becoming bigger than the last.
As work progressed, requirements evolved, feature lists expanded, and discussions became longer. What started as occasional meetings soon became regular progress reviews.
Eventually, working remotely wasn't enough anymore.
We needed a place where we could sit together, brainstorm, build, argue over ideas, solve problems, and most importantly, keep moving forward.
So we rented a small office.
At the time, it was just four cousins, a few desks, some laptops, and a lot of ambition.
Slowly, that empty space started feeling like home.
Furniture arrived.
Workstations were set up.
The office started looking less like a room and more like a company.
The registration was completed.
Clients started visiting.
The office board went up.

Today, we have a functioning office, an expanding vision, and a growing team.
Each of us brings something different to the table.
Akshay drives strategy, business development, and the vision behind Codeja.
Kashyap leads the creative development and digital side, bringing years of storytelling and production experience.
Harshita focuses on artificial intelligence, digital growth, and SEO.
Kanishk specializes in software engineering and product development
